FAQ
Questions and answers
What is Proud Globe?
Proud Globe is a live 3D globe of crypto projects, builders and communities. The land on the globe is split into 2,030 tiles. Anyone can claim an open tile, add a name, logo, tagline and link, and pay in USDC or USDT. Each claimed tile shows up on the globe, on The Wall and on its own shareable page.
What do I get when I claim a tile?
A coloured pin on the globe at your tile, a listing on The Wall, and a profile page at proudglobehead.com/p/your-tile-number with your logo, tagline, website and X handle. You can share that page anywhere. Landmark pins also glow gold, show your logo on the globe and rotate through the homepage and Journal articles.
How long does a pin stay live?
12 months from the moment your payment confirms. Before it ends, the owner gets the first chance to renew the same tile.
What are Prime tiles?
There are 77 Prime tiles, one for each major crypto hub city such as London, Dubai, Singapore, New York, São Paulo and Lagos. Each hub gets exactly one Prime tile, so there is only one London tile. They cost $99.
What is a Landmark?
A Landmark is an upgraded pin for $150 on top of the tile price. It glows gold on the globe, shows your logo when people zoom in, and is featured on the homepage and beside Journal articles. Only 48 Landmarks can exist at once.
Which payments do you accept?
USDC and USDT on Base, Arbitrum One, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism and Ethereum. Base has the lowest fees. You pay from any wallet or exchange that supports the network you pick. No account, card or email is needed.
Why does my amount have odd cents?
Each order gets a unique amount, such as 25.37 USDC. The cents are how our system matches your on-chain payment to your order without asking for a memo. Please send the exact amount.
How fast does my pin go live?
As soon as the payment has a few block confirmations. On Base, Arbitrum, Optimism and BNB Chain that is usually under two minutes. On Ethereum and Polygon it can take a little longer. Keep the order page open and it updates on its own.
I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network. What now?
Contact us with your order ID and the transaction hash. The payment address is the same on every supported network, so the funds are not lost. We will match it by hand, and either activate your order or refund the difference.
Is a tile an NFT, token or investment?
No. A tile is an advertising placement for a fixed period. It is not a token, NFT, security or piece of property, it cannot be traded on this site, and it is not expected to go up in value. Buy one because you want the visibility.
Do the links help my SEO?
Links from pins and sponsored content use rel="sponsored", which is what search engines ask for on paid placements. The value is visibility, referral visits and a credible, dated page for your project. We will not sell links that break search engine rules, because that would hurt every project on the site.
Can I change my pin later?
Yes. Send your order ID through the contact page from the contact you used at checkout, and tell us what to change. Small edits such as a new logo, tagline or link are free.
Do you offer refunds?
If we reject your content before it goes live, or if a tile or week was taken by someone else before your payment confirmed, we refund you or move you to another spot. Once a placement is live, payments are final. Placements removed for breaking the content rules are not refunded.
What content is not allowed?
Scams, phishing, impersonation, fake giveaways, gambling and casinos, adult content, hate, malware, anything illegal, and promises of guaranteed returns. We remove pins that break these rules. See the terms for the full list.
How does the affiliate program work?
Enter your wallet address on the affiliates page to get a referral link. When someone buys within 30 days of arriving through your link, you earn 20% of the order in USDC. Payouts are sent weekly on Base once your balance passes $10.
Where can I advertise a crypto project and pay in USDC or USDT?
Proud Globe sells pins on its globe, Sponsor Weeks, Sponsored Articles and Launch Packs, all paid in USDC or USDT on Base, Arbitrum One, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism and Ethereum. Checkout is self-serve: choose a placement, send the exact amount shown, and it goes live once the payment confirms on-chain. Sponsor Weeks and Sponsored Articles are reviewed before they run.
How much does it cost to advertise on Proud Globe?
Standard tiles cost $25 for the first 250 claims, then $35, then $49. Prime city tiles cost $99. A Landmark adds $150 to the tile price. A Sponsor Week costs $149, a Sponsored Article $179, and a Launch Pack $427, or $490 on a Prime tile. Pins and Landmarks run for 12 months, and a Sponsor Week runs Monday to Sunday UTC.
Is Proud Globe like the Million Dollar Homepage?
It follows the same idea. The Million Dollar Homepage sold pixels on one web page in 2005, and every buyer kept a spot people could see and click. Proud Globe applies it to a 3D globe, with a profile page for every tile, placements that run for 12 months, prices published in dollars and payment in stablecoins.
Can I promote a token launch on Proud Globe?
Yes, when the token has a public, verified contract and the ad makes no promises about returns or price. The Launch Pack is built for launch weeks: a Landmark pin, a Sponsor Week banner across the Journal and a labelled Sponsored Article for $427. Pick the Sponsor Week that matches your launch date on the advertise page.
Who runs Proud Globe?
A small independent team. We keep the rules public, the prices published and the payment flow on-chain so you can verify everything yourself. Reach us through the contact page.
